How fast is setup?
Automatic. The server is created right after payment and most are online within a minute. You watch it install in real time.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. You pay only the difference for the days left in your period, and the upgrade applies immediately when the node has the memory.
What happens if I miss a renewal?
You get reminders first. Seven days after the due date the server is suspended; seven days later it is deleted. Paying reactivates a suspended server within minutes.
Can I switch games later?
Every server comes with four ports, so switching is just changing the server type from the panel. MTA:SA and SA-MP even share a family.
Do you offer refunds?
Server time that has already been provided is not refundable. If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we credit or refund it. The full policy is on the refund page.
